The Boca Winds Town Hall is home to our monthly Board Meetings and ARC meetings. Daily, it's also home to our property management team. The space is available to rent to residents for party's and will be available on a first come first serve basis. Please check the below calendar for availability. Note: a $225 Fee will reserve your date for your function. A $500 deposit is also required to cover repairs, replacements or trash removal. (NOTE: Once the association is in receipt of the $225 fee, the fee is nonrefundable.)
