When do I need to submit a modification request form?


Any modifications proposed to the exterior of your property must first receive approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).This includes, but is not limited to: painting/staining, landscaping, fences, screen enclosures, patios, spas, shutters, satellite dishes, additions, driveway improvements etc. If any alteration or modification is made without the required written consent of the ARC, the alteration has therefore been undertaken in violation of the declaration, and may be required to be removed. 


How can I submit a modification request for my home?


Please visit the Documents page to download and complete an Architectural Modification Request form. Append any additional materials (paint samples, drawings, photos, etc). Please submit via any of the below methods.

What days are trash pickup?


Mondays - Regular Trash & Recycle bins


Thursdays - Regular Trash, Bulk Pickup, & Landscape debris.

Items can be placed to the street no earlier than 3PM of the day before collection.


Garbage cans and bins must be stored inside your garage or in landscaped areas on the side of your home where they will be concealed from view from any street or adjacent property.

How can I get a pool key? 


New or replacement pool keys cost $20 and must be paid via check or money order at the Property Management Office (Town Hall).

Note: Ashley Park homeowners are not members of the Boca Winds HOA and do not have access to our pools or other amenities.


Can I have a tenant or rent my home?


If homeowners decide to rent their home, or currently have a tenant, please contact the Boca Winds Homeowners Association at 561-451-3899. There are rules & regulations that must be followed.

FOR SALE or FOR RENT signs may be attached to the fascia board over your garage door or placed inside one of the house windows. FOR SALE or FOR RENT signs are not permitted to be placed in your front yard.  No signs, of any type, are to be posted within any common area; this includes no posting on trees, on stop signs, on community signs etc.



Can I put up a Basketball Hoop?


  • Temporary, movable or portable systems are not permitted.

  • Basketball can only be played between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and sunset. 

  • Basketball hoops are to be standard height (10 feet) with black aluminum pole and white or clear backboard.

  • The location of the pole must be approved by the ARC committee before installation. Pole must be centered between the sidewalk and house on the outside of the driveway and must be cemented into the ground.  

  • Backboard must be the type that can be removed prior to hurricane strength winds.




How can I purchase a replacement mailbox that meets subdivision and ARC guidelines?


Please contact the

Beautiful Mailbox Company located in Hialeah at 800-856-6983. They have specs for each subdivision mailbox and even replacement parts. 


Can I be fined for not abiding by any of the above rules or regulations?


Yes, the Association may elect to fine any homeowner who is in violation of any rules & regulations, as well as any other violation of the Declarations & Covenants, for failure to cure or cease any violation. Fines can be as much as $100.00 per incident per day, not to exceed $1,000 pursuant to the provisions of Florida Statute Section 720.305(2).
