Vincent Knight recently joined Regency's ARC and has lived in Boca Winds with his wife and two children for five years. He enjoys working in his yard. Vincent wants to maintain a family environment in Boca Winds where residents are safe and secure and the children can be outside at play. He wants the HOA standards to be maintained and consistent. Vincent also wants to be sure the HOA spends the homeowners' monies wisely and within their best interests.
