Steve and Alison Rubin and their three children have lived in Hampton Park for nine years. For seven of those years Steve has served his ARC. Steve organizes and produces the great Boca Winds Annual Barbeque in November. When not working for the community Steve is busy running his own business and playing  basketball. Steve wants to ensure that Boca Winds remains an safe and fun community.
