Michael Docks, the Heritage Director, and his wife Rosalind have lived in Boca Winds for 19 years. For the past five years Michael has served on the ARC. Michael enjoys tennis, fishing and collecting antique sports memorabilia. His goal for Boca Winds is to sustain the community's quality of life, keep a handle on unnecessary expenditures and keep the community safe for family activities.
