Welcome to Baybury! We are one of the older Boca Winds communities of 45 homes. The community is 23 years young and a pet-friendly one as well!
Fran Neiman is the director and represents you at the Boca Winds monthly meetings which are held the 1st Monday of the month. Baybury meetings are held the 1st Wednesday. Attendance is open to all residents and highly encouraged.
Fran and her family have lived in Baybury the past 13 years. Prior to serving as director, she had been chairperson of Capital Improvements and Landscaping. She and her team of neighbors from other sub communities were responsible for such projects as the re-design of the main entrances and community landscaping.

Kindly remember to put out trash AFTER 3pm on Sundays & Wednesdays. Bulk pickup & recyclables are on Thursdays.
Any Landscaping or Exterior changes that homeowners would like to do Must be submitted at a Baybury meeting beforehand. It must be in written form and a blank form form can be printed from this website.
