Hello Neighbors,
On behalf of the fellow Regency Place ARC members thank you
for your support.
With the Holiday Season gone we can start it all over
again. We have one new board member Ms. Barbara since Mr.
Nick stepped down due to obligations with the West Boca
Community Council. Again we are seven strong and that is a
good thing. We look forward to seeing you at the monthly
meetings which is held every first Tuesday of the month.
The main entrance to Boca Winds is almost complete.
Landscaping concerns arose due to the reduction in the
height of the wall so as to be in compliance with the
county code(s). Also of concern is the electrical. The
original plans were not within the specifications as
required by the county. Those are the two items left. The
general contractor is completed with his obligations. In
other words the contract did not include landscaping or
electrical. So the board is trying to get the last two
items resolved.
Within our neighborhood we have seen new neighbors so
please take a minute welcome them to our community. We have
seen improvements within the neighborhood which lends
credence to the fact your ARC is trying to aesthetically
maintain the community within the rules so as to be
appealing to the eye. Please remember if you have any
questions contact the management company regarding requests
for improvements.
Ms. Mary will be participating on the Landscaping Committee
and Ms Barbara on the Capital Improvements Committee for
the Boca Winds HOA. If you have any ideas or suggestions
please contact them and let them know.
