November 2007 Newsletter
Another year has come and gone and you as Regency Place
residents have elected your ARC board members for the
upcoming year. They are as follows: Vince Knight, Mary
Kenyon, Jose Garcia, Rubin Martinez, Shaun
Khourshid, Angela Zaremba, and our new member Barbara
Rongione. Barbara has replaced her husband Nick. Vince
Knight will be our representative on the master board.
For the second straight year we have the maximum 7 members.
As we enter the winter season we will be changing the
plants at the Regency Place entrance. We have chosen red
and white begonias. This should look very festive for the
holiday season and since we are moving into our dry season
they were a good choice because they don’t need much water.
We will also soon be placing holiday lights at our front
entrance.
We are receiving a no outlet sign that will be placed at
the front of our development. This is being done by the
county at no cost to us. Hopefully, this will help with
some unwanted traffic in our neighborhood.
There have been a lot of houses sold in our neighborhood
recently and we have a lot of new neighbors. I think that
at this time of year when we are all outside trying to
spruce up our homes for the holidays, it would be a perfect
time to meet them and show them what a friendly place
Regency Place is.
I would like to take this chance to invite everyone to our
monthly ARC meeting held every first Tuesday of each month
at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall.
I would also like to wish everyone a safe and Happy
Thanksgiving.
