The Regency Place Architectural Committee (ARC) have, with
the help of the management company, have addressed the
following issues within Regency Place:

Sidewalks
Uneven or damaged sidewalks have been repaired, which were
considered a hazard to all residents in the community and
in specific the children.

Regency Place entrance sign
The lighting on the sign has changed in addition to the
installation of another sign on the other side of our
entrance.
We still have the four-wheeler issues which we need your
help. Please call the Sheriff’s Office when you see them in
the common areas.
Prior to any modifications to your house, please submit a
request as required. To request approval for an
architectural modification on your home, you may print the
form http://www.bocawinds.com attach any supporting
documents (color chips, surveys, drawings or estimates) as
may be appropriate and drop it off or mail it to Boca Winds
Homeowners Association, 22151 Shorewind Drive (Town Hall),
Boca Raton, FL 33428. Your request will be reviewed at the
monthly ARC meeting. You can even appear in person at the
meeting if you wish, we would like your input.
Please remember the Regency Place ARC Board meets on the
1st Tuesday of every month at Town Hall at 7:00 pm.
Everyone is invited to attend and if you have issues or
concerns please feel free to stop by to share them with us.
As a representative of the ARC on the main board, I vote on
issues once there is a consensus of all ARC members. We
view and vote on the issues as to the long term effects on
the community. All of us view this as our neighborhood and
try to do the right thing even when others are not
watching. We hope that you have seen changes in the general
overall appearance of the community through our efforts.
Your RPARC members are as follows: Mary Kenyon, Angela
Zaremba, Ruben Martinez, Shaun Khourshid, Nick Rongione,
Jose Garcia and myself.
On behalf of the ARC we wish you a safe & fun Halloween.
