As always we stress that meetings are held on the first
Tuesday of every month. Meetings are open to all and
questions, suggestions or comments relating to improvements
or changes are welcome. We are working hard to ensure
REGENCY PLACE prosper and maintain its sense of community.
I hope you have noticed the new REGENCY PLACE sign. It
gives me great pleasure to say that many have noticed the
working lights, and many more have complimented this
improvement and find the sign useful, as well as
attractive.
A reminder goes to all residents to be aware of parking
issues throughout the community. There should be no
parking on grass, or on the streets. Please remember that
improperly parked vehicles block access during an emergency
to your own home as well as a neighbor. Should you have the
need, additional parking is available at the community
pool.
Last, while there are still 4-wheelers riding around the
neighborhood, PBSO has advised they will continue to ticket
these individuals.

suggestions which will help improve our community.
