July Newsletter
July 24, 2007
July Newsletter Date : July 16, 2007 Regency Place July Newsletter We would like to remind residents that the Regency Place ARC Board meets on the 1st Tuesday of every month at Town Hall at 7:00 pm. Every voice in our community is important, so if you have any comments, questions or concerns please feel free to stop by to share them with us. Below, is a summary of some things that are in the works for our community. Sidewalks Follow-up: In April’s newsletter Vince Knight reported the potential hazard that some of the uneven sidewalks in our development posed to residents. I am happy to report that the county has removed those sidewalks and replaced them with new ones. Regency Place entrance sign Follow-up: I am happy to report that the new Regency Place sign is up. Now, family and friends coming to visit us will be able to see a Regency Place sign on either column. The light for the new sign has not yet been installed, but will be coming shortly Water Restrictions A reminder, that effective July 11 2007 Palm Beach county is under modified Phase II restrictions. What this means is that odd-numbered addresses may water from 4:00 am to 8:00 am on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Even-numbered addresses may water from 4:00 am to 8:00 am on Thursdays and Sundays. As we all know school is still out and that means that there are kids everywhere. As parents and community members we must keep an eye out at all times and say something if a situation doesn’t seem right not only for our children, but for all children. After all we are a neighborhood and that is what neighbors do.
