Three members of the ARC met and approved a modification request for a new roof.
There was discussion about the Board actions that were taken at the last Board meeting.
There was discussion regarding a parking problem on Altona Drive.
The sanchezia that was planted at the entrances died from the cold weather in January. The plants also died at the nurseries and we are waiting for the new nursery plants to get big enough to plant.
