The committee did not meet in December, as there were no modification requests and it was in the middle of the holidays.
Present for the January 24th meeting were Carlos Garcia, Anthony DiFranco and Ginny DeMattei
There were no modification requests.
A discussion was held regarding the desire to hold a Boca Winds picnic again in 2010. The ARC unanimously voted not to spend the money on a picnic.
The new sanchezia at the entrances did not survive the long cold snap. They also died at the nursery, so it will be a few weeks before they can be replaced.
One house on Altona was taken over by the Bank, but it appears that the bank sold it immediately to a buyer. The house was in disrepair, so it is hopeful the new owners will fix it up.
