Four members of the ARC met and reviewed one ARC request for a solar panel that was already intalled. The request was approved with conditions.
There was a discussion regarding missing members on the ARC.
The Monterey Bay entrances are due for a make-over. The committee discussed plants, colors and suggestions from the management company.
The ARC agreed on a landscape plan and it will be implemented within the next few weeks. It should eliminate the need to chose annuals twice a year.
