There was one request for architecture change for a fountain.
The homeowner was told a second time that in order to have the fountain approved,it must be softened with landscape. The owner agreed to submit a landscape plan.
The committee will review the landscape plan prior to the next meeting.
There was discussion of homeowners who are not properly maintaining their homes. All of these are homes that are in some stage of foreclosure. Fines are accruing on these properties.
There was review of what went on at the Boca Winds Board meeting. Approximately 20 Monterey Bay homeowners are in arrears with HOA dues.
