Two ARC modification requests were discussed.
One for installation of a basketball hoop was approved. However, the homewoner already installed it and it is on the wrong side of the driveway and has to be re-located.
A second request for a fountain was denied, as the fountain was considered to be much too large and not surrounded by any landscape.
A discussion was held as to homes in foreclosure and homes that are in need of maintenance. The HOA is maintaining one of the homes that is in foreclosure and abandoned.
A discussion was held about the options that may be available as replacement to our current wholesale cable delivery when the contract expires.
