May ARC Meeting
May 31, 2009
At the May meeting Danialle Morris resigned from the ARC.
The ARC appreciates all of Danialle's hard work on behalf of Monterey Bay and Boca Winds.
The ARC unanimously voted Ginny DeMattei as Board member from Monterey Bay. Matt Linick is the alternate
Matt Linick is representing Monterey Bay on the Boca Winds Social Committee. They are to determine the guidelines for expanded use of our Town Hall.
One modification request was approved for a new door and side light.
The state of foreclosures in Monterey Bay was discussed. One previously bank-owned property was sold. There are no other Bank-owned proerties, but about 9 houses are in some state of foreclosure.
We discussed those houses that are in violation of our convenants. Unofortunately, most of those are the houses in a state of foreclosure.
