The ARC met on April 28th and for the first time this year, all seven Board members were present.
There were three requests for architectural changes. One for a fence was approved, one for a driveway overlay was approved and one for replacement of roof tiles was tabled, as the committee wanted to see a sample of the proposed roof tile.
There was a discussion regarding the proposed changes to the use of Town Hall and a volunteer was requested to join an ad hoc committee to explore new guidelines for the use of Town Hall. Matt volunteered to represent Monterey Bay on the committee.
The ARC also discussed the recent vote on adding additional landscape to the front entrance, as the committee had been split 3/3 as to approval of the landscape.
It was agreed that Danialle will communicate with all ARC members regarding future votes and forward emails that were not sent to every ARC member.
Debbie stressed the importance of the committee being cohesive and working together on every issue.
