Hampton Park Newsletter – March 2010
The ARC meeting was held on Monday, March 1st at 6:30 p.m.
Members Present: Charlene Maville, Ed Coppola, Frank Stabile
Property Manager: Paul Valyo
Two residents requested approval for painting of their homes.
One was approved: color choices presented were acceptable.
One was approved: after the homeowner reconsidered her first base color option; and then chose a lighter color, more in keeping with the other homes on the cul-de-sac.
We went over the February Boca Winds HOA Board Minutes. The annual community picnic will not be held this year.
The committee also discussed the upcoming March HOA Board meeting. The Beautification Committee will be presenting the bids they have received for the exterior improvement of the Town Hall parking lot and grounds.
The meeting adjourned at 7 p.m., just prior to the commencement of the Boca Winds HOA Board meeting.
