Hampton Park ARC met on Thursday, January 10th, 2008.
Attending: Steve Rubin, Chairperson - Charlene Maville - Ed
Coppola - Frank Stabile

Steve went over the January Main HOA Board Meeting:
1.) The front entrance is being held up by an electrical
issue. He said that the front entrance should be completed
- with landscaping - by February.
2.) Frank Barberi would like us to endorse him for School
Board. The Hampton Park ARC members have no problem with
this request.
3.) Security is still having issues with ATV's behind
Monterey Bay. Steve is dealing with the Sheriff's
Department to take care of this situation.
4.) Dogs are still a problem in the park between Hampton
Park and Carlise. People are bringing the dogs into the
actual area where the children play. The refuse is
disgusting, unsanitary and the situation could be dangerous
- if one of those dogs ends up biting a child! Steve said
he would look into this and try to find a resolution.
5.) West Fest is going to be held at Olympic Heights on
January 26th & 27th. Proceeds will benefit the four Boca
High Schools - for Project Graduation! Great Event and
everyone should come out and support our community!!!

There were no resident requests to approve.
The monthly meetings will now be held at 7 pm beginning
with the Feb meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 8 p.m.
