CARLYLE ESTATES JANUARY NEWSLETTER
Happy New Year to you all and I hope you had a Happy
Holiday Season !!!!!
To start off I just want to say thanks to Mr. Paul Valyo
for making our new Carlyle Estates entrance sign a
reality. Without him it wouldn’t have been possible. The
feedback from many of our residents has been very, very
positive !!!! The sign really brightens up the entrance
and makes it much easier for people to find their way to
our community.
The landscaping on both sides looks so much better than
before. New annuals have been planted by the main Carlyle
sign and the sign has been pressure cleaned. Some of you
might have noticed that the light on the main Carlye sign
has not been turning on at dusk, but we have corrected the
timing problem.
Many letters went out to all communities for homeowners to
clean their roofs. As you may have noticed, there’s lots of
roofs that need it. This is the time to do it after the
rainy season.
If any homeowner wants to join in on the Boca Winds
landscaping committee please let me know. Since the size of
the new Boca Winds entrance sign is smaller than originally
planned, there has been a discussion of changing some of
the landscaping. Again, if anyone is interested or wants to
offer any input, please e-mail me at babydom31@aol.com
Our first meeting for the new year is this Monday, January
7th at 6:15 pm. Please feel free to come and voice any
opinions or concerns you may have. Have a happy and healthy
2008.
