CARLYLE ESTATES NEWSLETTER

CARLYLE’S ENTRANCE SIGN
The permit is done and at this time the sign is being
made. It will take about 3 weeks from now to be completed
and installed. Once the sign is up and the landscaping is
complete also with the new lighting, it will be an
uplifting sight from what it is now. I spent much time on
this project and I know it will be a welcomed and major
improvement for Carlyle Estates subdivision.
PARKING
Just a reminder that there should be no parking on the
street, roadway or grassy areas of any kind within Boca
Winds. Parking shall be restricted to the owners garage and
driveway or those parking lots at Town Hall, the pool area,
the tennis/basketball court area. We still see cars on the
grassy areas.
In the newsletters to come, I will be asking for the other
ARC members to put their input in on our newsletter so we
can get other points of view.
New ARC Member has been added !!! We would like to
introduce a new member to our Carlyle Estates ARC. His name
is Frank Giacalone. Frank along with his wife Rita recently
moved here and lives on Vista Lago. We would like to
welcome them to our community and I know they will be a
great asset to Carlyle Estates. They are from New York.
