CARLYLE ESTATES NEWSLETTER

Hope your summer is off to a great start!!!
Our next meeting is going to be on July 2nd at 6:15pm
followed, as always, by the main Boca Winds meeting at 7pm.
Here are the current issues for Carlyle Estates:
1. New Entrance Sign - Our “New Entrance Sign” has been
APPROVED!!! Currently, the company we hired is acquiring
the permit and making our new sign. As soon as those two
items are complete, we will be installing the new sign
along with all new landscaping at the entrance across from
Regency Place. The sign will be placed on the right side of
the Collington Drive entrance, and on the opposite side
they will add the same type of landscaping. After
completion, it will make a huge difference and upgrade our
community.
2. Vandalism - The only issue to report is one directional
sign by the playground at our front entrance to Carlyle
Estates was damaged. Since then management replaced it
with a better one. If there have been any other items, they
have not been brought to my attention.
3. Home Improvements - So far homeowners have been
submitting request forms for landscaping, painting, and
improvements to be approved or disapproved before they do
the work!!!
4. Security- Again if you have any non-emergency needs,
the phone number is 995-2800.
5. Lighting for new entrance sign - Since there is no
electricity on our side of Shorewind Drive at that
location, management had a new power line installed that
used the electricity from the opposite side of Shorewind
and ran it under the roadway. Solar lighting would most
likely not light the sign sufficiently and be more of a
problem.
