•Completion of Baybury entrance. Landscaping to be in done sometime in March/ April weather permitting.
•Update on TownHall exterior renovation (refer to main website)
•overview of the Boca Winds meeting (please refer to main website)
•No new modification requests.
A special THANK YOU to all neighbors who have been out in cool weather "sprucing" up their properties.
It really looks GREAT!
Every little bit helps and makes a WORLD of difference!!
Just remember that any NEW modifications must be submitted to the Baybury ARC comittee.
Baybury meetings are open for ALL to attend.
