Baybury ARC meeting Feb 2, 2010 7p.m.
Present: Fran Neiman, Vikki Razzano, Eric Marcus, Vic Vicari.
Highlights from the Boca Winds HOA February meeting were discussed. Those being:
•A traffic signal study that was conducted at the intersection of Palmetto pk rd & Shorewind Dr. The conclusion at this time is that a traffic light is not necessary because there are not enough cars that pass that way during busy times of the day.
•Fence at Hampton pk. playground that has been destroyed by teens and pose a hazard will be removed. A sign will be posted for guardians to keep a watchful eye on the children.
•CERT is seeking volunteers from Boca Winds (for more details, please refer to Boca Winds minutes)
•Approval of exterior renovation of Town Hall that is to begin in the following months. This project was fully funded.
•No new modifications request
